Some of the details for you to know upon booking a session . . .

a contract agreement will be sent to you to look over and sign upon booking your session 

half of the session fee pre-tax will be required upon booking your session - this is a non refundable retainer fee - and the remaining balance - with sales tax - will be due on the day of your session - NO IMAGES can or will be released without full payment 

8.25% TX sales tax will be added to all prices

an outdoor location will be decided between client and photographer before the day of the session

a mileage fee of $25 will apply to locations up to 20 miles beyond the Katy area

your photographs will be ready 2 weeks after your session and will be put onto a hosting site, in a private album with a secured password, for you to download your photographs

all images will be ready for printing and sharing for personal use only

all other use, including commercial, will need to be approved by Alice Salinas Photography and will require a commercial release form which client will be required to pay a separate amount for each image that will be used commercially including: images that will be used for profit

eight continuous hours of on site coverage - $2000

six continuous hours of on site coverage - $1600

Included with every wedding photographed:

an online gallery of your lovely high resolution digital images

you will be able to view and download your images in a private album with a password and download them with a pin number

a flash drive of your digital images with a print release

two discs - one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom

with print releases

a collection of prints for you to enjoy

the sweet details . . .

Texas state sales tax will be added to the amount of your wedding package upon payment

upon booking me for your wedding day, a time will be planned to meet with you to hear more of your story, and to go over the wedding agreement - contract

a non-refundable retainer fee of half of the total amount will be due upon signing your contract to save your wedding date, and the remainder {with the full tax amount} will be due two weeks before your wedding day

For each day that the payment is late, there will be a $25.00 charge per day

a travel fee will be added on for all weddings booked outside of the Houston area

a sweet peek of your photos will be ready and sent to you within 48-72 hours for you to enjoy and share on Facebook + instagram {if you enjoy sharing on social media, and no pressure at all if not}

the turnaround of when your photographs will be ready for you is six to eight weeks after your wedding day
